Airtable is like Google Sheets on steroids — it allows you to store and manage structured data, analyse it, and automate processes around it.
Working with group organisers over the summer, we realised that Airtable was a valuable tool that groups could use in a number of projects, such as tracking their members, running programs and reading groups, and more! So we were inspired to teach others in the community how to use it.
Please note that the times are in GMT, so adjust this to your timezone! We have done our best to schedule workshops that will work for different timezones.
When you sign up, you will receive a Google Calendar invitation to the workshop.
If you can't make any of the workshops, we will be recording some of them and uploading them to youtube, so you can watch them there too!

So if you are a group organiser, please join our slack channel on the EA groups slack, where you can post questions and we will do our best to help
This channel is for questions big (e.g. what's the best way to manage fellowships?) or small (e.g. how can I build an automation to schedule gcal events?).
We are running this project because we think that there is a lot of value in groups learning Airtable!
